Spacious wet head, 30 gallon fresh water, new hot water heater, duel power stove (gas/120v), transom shower, DC fridge, microwave, TV w/DVD player, LED lights, nice Alpine stereo w/amp and sub. Anchor w/ 60’ of chain and 250’ of rope. iCOM VHF radio, Garmin chart plotter and trim tabs. Large swim deck with ladder and rail mounted propane grill. Bilge has 4 2yr old house batteries, new battery tender, 2000 watt inverter and FireBoy automatic fire extinguisher system. Only ~750 hours on a Volvo Penta 5.7 Gi powering VP stainless props. Only issue I’ve had is the trim gauge is bad the module has been replaced prior now the gauge is bad. Engine oil and lower unit serviced by professionals at start of this season and has been stored indoors most of its life.
