I’m selling my 1997 Mariah boat. I’ve owned it for about 3 years and have spent countless to bring her back to almost perfect. She is in amazing shape for the age, and I have put well over $30k into her. She has a brand new fully forged roller BBC 468 that put down just under 500hp on the dyno. Everything is new from carburetor to 10 quart oil pan. No expense spared with the engine or outdrive. Engine was built to be reliable and last, not for really high horsepower. This engine puts out more torque and HP than a 502 Mag, and is much stronger built. Has $3000 Mercruiser high output aluminum and stainless exhaust manifolds. Has the Corsa Captain’s Call switchable exhaust to make it loud, or thru the drive below water for whisper quiet. It has a low hour Bravo 1 outdrive with a stainless steel 4 blade Mercruiser Bravo 1 prop. Also has a Simreck Halo Max Bravo 1 drive shower. Over $15k in engine and outdrive alone. Not even 1 season on the new gimbal bearing and bellows. About 10 hours on the new engine. Still has the break in oil in it. Boat itself only has 106 total hours on it. Everything works as it should. All the lights, all switches, all gauges, except the MPH which those are never accurate anyway. Also has a digital oil temp gauge I added for peace of mind. Boat will do 70-75 with the right prop. I have a 4 blade 22p and she does 65 with half a tank and two people. 3 blade would be faster, but slow out of the hole. highNew fully upgraded stereo with 8 6.5” speakers and a Kicker dual 10” marine tube subwoofer. Sounds fantastic and gets really loud. Dual battery setup. Powered hatch. Even has a Mariah exclusive motorized telescoping stern navigation light, that still works perfect. Has a brand new swim platform that cost $2500 that doesn’t even have a full season on it. Original upholstery is in almost perfect condition has a few nicks here and there, but in amazing overall shape. No other boat manufacturer ever has used this level of upholstery. It’s soft but thick, almost feels like Italian leather, and is very comfortable. Has a new Garmin full color fish and depth finder for water temp, water depth, GPS speed, and if you fish it can help you find them also. Gelcoat has been restored and have very few nicks or damage. It’s got a brand new Taco marine bump rail insert. Also new $600 ceramic window tint. The only thing I never got to restore is the trailer. It’s in ok shape it just needs painted, but works great. Only reason I’m selling is I have another bigger boat and don’t need two boats. Someone is getting an amazing boat. No other manufacturer went to the lengths and depth of quality like Mariah did. Unfortunately there are very few nice, and taken care of Mariah’s left out there. These are super rare and definitely even less in this condition. Have lots of pics and videos of the boat just ask.
