After a lot of thought, I've decided to sell my Tiara 3600 and simplify life a bit. If you're looking for a solid, well-maintained Tiara with rebuilt big blocks, modern electronics, and a transferable slip in Anacortes, this is worth a look. Highlights - 1989 Tiara 3600 Open - Twin Crusader 454 Gas Engines - Port engine: ~400 hours since rebuild - Starboard engine: ~30 hours since rebuild - Straight Shafts - includes plenty of lifejackets, and everything you need to go out on the water. - Been on fresh water (Lake Washington) it's entire life until about a month ago. - Garmin electronics package including radar - $10,000+ custom LED lighting throughout cockpit, cabin, and underwater swim step - New batteries - New freshwater pump - New septic/head pump Spacious cockpit with tons of fishing or entertaining room Comfortable cabin with galley, dinette, forward berth, and enclosed head Transferable moorage available in Anacortes Known Issues Being upfront about everything: Generator starts and runs but is currently not supplying power to the main panel A few tears in the canvas/plastic enclosure panels (repair quote was approximately $300) AIS receiving function does not appear to be working (AIS transmit works) Condition This is a clean, honest boat that has been used and enjoyed. It isn't a showroom queen, but it's in good overall condition for its age and shows the care it has received over the years. The rebuilt engines provide peace of mind, and the lighting package completely transforms the boat at night (very rare to find).
