1984 Wellcraft Elite 180 powered by a Mercruiser 3.7L. This has been a great project boat and a lot of work has already been done to make it reliable. I’ve gone through the major systems and replaced a lot of parts. It runs well and is ready for someone to enjoy. Recent upgrades and maintenance: • New exhaust manifold • New coolant tank • New upper half of lower unit • Fresh oil in the lower unit • New starter • New fuel pump • New Pertronix electronic ignition system • New ignition key • New carburetor • New prop • New fuel pressure regulator • Trailer has new pressure-treated boards Things it could still use: • New impeller (good maintenance item) • Trim tab zinc/anode replacement • Fresh wax if you want it looking its best • Leaks coolant, never more than a little but havnt found the leak yet Boat has been a fun project and a solid runner. I’ve worked the kinks out and it’s ready for the next owner to enjoy on the water. Comes with the trailer. Great size for cruising, fishing, or just getting out on the lake.
