Condition: Used – like new One of Century's most beautiful runabout designs, the 17ft Century Sea Maid is best known for its automobile styling cues and 2-tone blond and red mahogany "torpedo" deck design. The duel cockpit seating along with the steering wheel, dash, gauge cluster, and interior upholstery were all elements inspired by the Detroit automobile industry. It has the original Grey Marine Fireball 140 engine. Everything works as it should. “Dream Boat” has been completely restored to original condition. New two tone Mahogany decking boards. Complete frame off restoration and engine rebuild. Chrome is in good condition and the wiring is new. Dual Battery. Hull bottom is tight. Trailer with spare tire and LED lights. Comes with a box of spare parts. It has been to the Mahogany & Merlot boat show in Lake Chelan. Background: I purchased the “Dream Boat” a few years ago from an estate in Portland. The previous owner owned it for decades and was in the middle of a full frame off restoration. When I purchased it, it was in boxes, it required assembly and final fitting. I purchased it for more of a project than ownership (I’ve owned Chris crafts and a few Resorters). It came with receipts for $54k on the wood work and $7k on the engine. The market value appears to be $36k. I’m posting this boat to see if there is any interest. I have $24k in the boat and that is why I’m offering it for sale below market value.
